Hi – I’m Kristin and am from the US. In 2019, with kids out of school and newly divorced, I sold my home and most of my possessions, got a location-independent job, and started traveling full-time.

I slow travel – usually spending a month in each place. I’ve been to 55+ countries in my life–I love the outdoors, especially hiking, white-water rafting, and snow sports, so my preferred places are small mountain towns with fresh air, great views, and quick access to lots of trails.

I am from Montana and Idaho (northwest US, below Canada). I spent 12 years in the military (both enlisted and officer). I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Systems, and hold five professional certifications in project management, agile, and scrum. I have 2 adult daughters who are thriving!

I love my life as a digital nomad and really do not miss my house or “stuff”. When will I stop? I don’t know. I am definitely not ready yet and my travel list continues to grow. 🙂
